Ordering & Shipping

 ORDERING

Orders can be placed online at initialreaction.net, via email through sales@initialreaction.net or by FAX to (203) 255-1255. When faxing orders, we strongly encourage you to use our order forms to promote accuracy.

An order confirmation will be generated via email at the end of each business day. Please check this against your records to confirm accuracy. Once orders go into production, no changes can be made.  

If you find that there is an error, you must contact us within 24 hours at sales@initialreaction.net or 203-255-1200. 

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us to verify that we have an order in process.  

All orders will SHIP COMPLETE. The item with the longest production time will determine the ship date. If you would like your non-custom orders to ship separately, please place separate orders. Please refer to the Shipping section for approximate turnaround times for each product type.

 

 ORDER MINIMUMS

Your first time purchase must be at least $300.00. There are no minimums on re-orders.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).  Payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

 

SHIPPING

Custom acrylic pieces and bags ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. Custom cutout metal items ship in approximately 3-4 weeks. Custom enamel pieces ship in approximately 5-6 weeks. Stock items and engraved items normally ship in 5-7 business days.

We ship throughout the United States. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and certain remote locations. 

Drop shipments are available at an additional charge. 

When your order has shipped we will email you a shipping notification with your tracking number.
